Exclusive: Starbucks has something brewing near Lake Mary Verizon office

Employees at the Verizon Communications Inc. accounting hub in Lake Mary will soon be able to get their caffeine fix - not to mention after-hours adult beverages - now that Starbucks has signed on as a tenant in a neighboring commercial complex. The retail portion of the new $20 million Central Parc at Heathrow development on Heathrow Park Lane inked a lease for a 2,118 square foot, freestanding Starbucks with drive-thru that also will serve beer and wine, Sperry Van Ness Florida's Miguel de Arcos told Orlando Business Journal .
