Features include 68HC11 CPU; power saving Stop and Wait modes; 512 bytes on-chip RAM with data retained during standby; and 2,048 bytes EEPROM. Along with asynchronous NRZ communications interface and synchronous SPI, features include 8-channel 8-bit ADC, 16-bit timer system, 8-bit pulse accumulator, 38 GPIO pins, and real-time interrupt circuit.
