Newly developed Compliance Philosophy enhances FAA's ability to find safety problems before they result in incident or accident, use best tools to fix said problems, and monitor situations to prevent new problems. Based on cooperation and trust, Compliance Philosophy encourages transparent exchange of information and data between FAA and industry. FAA Administrator Michael Huerta stressed FAA's zero tolerance for intentional recklessness, repeat failures, and regulatory standards deviation.
