FERC Approves Entergy-ITC Holdings Asset Transfer

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has approved the merger of Entergy Corporations interstate transmission system with that owned by ITC Holdings Corp., saying the transaction is consistent with the public interest and meets the tests of the Commissions merger policy. read more
