Thirteen years ago, in 2002, I warned that we would soon become "La Prochaine France," the Next France< , in the column I'm reprinting below. As I said then, French immigration policies were so lax that even French authorities didn't know how many Muslims were in their midst, but at that point it was 25% to a third of the French population, fast moving to the fifty percent point, which would probably arrive by the year 2025-just a decade from now.
