Providing flexible alternative for communication in airplanes, Model CS1 enables users to build AFDX-based communication systems independent of form factor. FPGA can be installed directly on boards of AFDX end system, eliminating need of additional module to integrate AFDX protocols. DO-254-compliant and DAL-A certified for safety-critical applications, flash-based chip supports 2 full duplex AFDX networks based on standard IEEE 802.3 Ethernet and applies protocol stack implementation.
