Featuring planar structure and platinum doped lifetime control, FRED Pt® Hyperfast and Ultrafast Recovery Rectifiers include 3 A devices in SMA package, 3 and 4 A devices in SMB package, and 4 and 5 A models in SMC package. Solderable units are intended for PFC diodes, boost diodes, and freewheeling diodes in power switching applications. With operating junction temperature to +175°C, RoHS-compliant rectifiers minimize switching losses in consumer products and electronic ballast lighting.
