Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen has said she is convinced the drop in oil prices will prove only a temporary disruption to the U.S. economy, and has put that belief to work as an investor. Yellen held onto shares of ConocoPhillips and Phillips 66 last year despite steep slides in the companies' stock prices triggered by the oil price slump, according to her 2014 financial disclosure statement.
