FedEx Freight employees vote against unionization in Illinois

According to a statement released from Memphis-based FedEx Corp. , the majority of city and road drivers at its Chicago Heights facility have voted down a resolution to unionize. The vote was held on May 8. "FedEx Freight drivers overall continue to reject the union and demonstrate their strong preference for a direct relationship with the company," FedEx's statement reads.
