Federal Appeals Court Revives Suit Over 'All Natural' Cosmetic Labeling

" With that opening sentence, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals revived a nationwide class action brought by serial plaintiff Skye Astiana against The Hain Celestial Group, Inc., in the Northern District of California.
