Designed to fill syringes and compules with extremely high-viscosity materials, Model 2400 uses convection oven to lower material's viscosity and then quickly routes it through system and into containers using high hydraulic pressure. Solid-state sensing system simultaneously controls amount of fill for single or multiple syringes, and up to 5 compules. Benchtop system has refillable cartridge/piston assembly that holds bulk material, allowing it to be prepared off-line and stored for future use.
