Featuring PTFE membrane with PFA structural components, Citadel™ Series provides chemical and temperature resistance for microelectronic applications, such as etching, stripping, and cleaning processes as well as filtration of bulk chemical delivery systems. All fluoropolymer construction provides high level of fluid purity and will exhibit rapid rinse-up to 18 MΩ-cm resistivity and single digit ppb levels of TOC. Since PTFE is naturally hydrophobic, pre-wet version is also available.
