Findlay firms seek end to flooding

As Findlay gets closer to a solution that should prevent the kind of severe flooding that has time and again ravaged its downtown, the city's two largest corporations are urging the Army Corps of Engineers to make the project its top priority. On April 10, federal officials released a draft version of a $66 million plan that they say should keep the Blanchard River within its banks.
