Bubba Simmons wrapped up his comments to producers attending the Monsanto Water Conservation Field Day, held on his farm July 7, by talking about flow meters and center pivots. Flow meters are being used by the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality as part of its conservation efforts, and Simmons is participating in that.
