Promoting public acceptance through usability, LIVETOUCH® quattro incorporates transparent image sensor, based on optical TFT technology, that combines fingerprint capture area with user display. Graphical display beneath sensor illuminates capture area and displays user instructions via graphical elements, animations, or movies to avoid errors due to incorrect positioning of fingers. Proximity of finger and image sensor maximizes image contrast.
