Dollars invested into financial technology companies spiked in 2014 to nearly $10 billion, a figure that is expected to climb to $19.7 billion this year, according to a new report from MarketResearch.com and Banking Reports. All the while, the United States remains the global center and most aggressive and successful player in banking innovations with the likes of Apple's ApplePay and MasterCard's PayPass leading the way.
