Fire station planned for Sendero community to open this summer

Sendero, Rancho Mission Viejo's new development south of Ladera Ranch, will have its own fire station as of this summer. Construction of the 10,000-square-foot station at Antonio Parkway and Sendero Way is underway and expected to finish in June, said Steve Concialdi, Orange County Fire Authority spokesman.
