WAYNESBORO >> An international company is bringing work back to its local plant after a failed experiment in Mexico, according to Franklin County's chief of industrial development. "They're not seeing the results they had originally forecast," said L. Michael Ross, president of the Franklin County Area Development Corp. Johnson Controls recognizes that quality and customer service are the foundation of the plant at 127 Cumberland Valley Ave., Ross said.
