Shelby police have released the dash cam video of and 911 calls leading up to the arrest of confessed Charleston-shooting killer Dylann Roof near Plato Lee Road in Shelby, 46 miles east of Charlotte. The 911 calls depict a man calling with second-hand information based on a friend saying she had seen a vehicle matching the suspect vehicle description with a driver matching the suspect description.
