Dual rated for 600–2,000 V applications, ÖLFLEX® VFD 2XL combines XLPE (plus) insulation, phthalate-free TPE outer jacket, and conductors made from finely stranded tinned copper. Cross-linked polyethylene insulation provides optimized electrical properties and allows cable to withstand heat generated by overcurrent conditions. Offering test voltage of 6,000 V and minimum bend radius of 7.5 times diameter, cable uses barrier tape, triple layer foil tape, and tinned copper braid for shielding.
