Able to be used in small angle applications, Harmonic Scan-15 (HS-15) moving-magnet galvo scanner uses galvanometer mirrors with 7, 10, and 15 mm apertures and can achieve scan rates of 900 Hz at small angles (1°), 500 Hz at medium angles (10°), or 100 Hz at large angles (30°). Capacitive position sensing offers smooth scanning and extended service life in challenging applications, and cross flexure pivot eliminates machine-driven noise for reduced on-axis jitter.
