Based on Bulk Metal® Z1-Foil technology, Model FRFC 0805 features load-life stability to ±0.005%, TCR of ±0.05 ppm/°C from 0–60°C, and tolerances to ±0.01%. Flip-chip configuration saves PCB space while also providing strain relief to eliminate cracked substrates and board delamination. Featuring resistance range from 5 Ω to 8 kΩ and power ratings to 200 mW at +70°C, noise-free device provides ESD protection of 25 kV or more and rise time of 1.0 ns with effectively no ringing.
