Food Babe Vani Hari took at least partial credit this morning for a move Kraft Foods announced late last week. Though she has been pilloried in some media reports in recent months, the Charlotte, N.C.-based food activist also known as Vani Hari stepped forward and took at least partial credit this morning for Northfield-based Kraft Foods' revelation late last week that it will remove synthetic dyes and artificial preservatives from its popular packaged macaroni-and-cheese product by 2016.
