Foraging and cocktails, anyone? This Thursday, July 9, Miller Union chef Steven Satterfield joins author and forager Chris Bennett for a special evening at the Third Space. In celebration of the launch of his new book, Southeast Foraging: 120 Wild and Flavorful Edibles from Angelica to Wild Plums, Bennett and chef Satterfield will utilize foraged and local ingredients in a cooking demo at the Third Space in the Old Fourth Ward.
