Forbes to run in 2 n d District

Rep. J. Randy Forbes , R-Chesapeake, will run in the district next door in November, aiming to succeed retiring Rep. Scott Rigell , R-Virginia Beach. The move comes in the wake of a court-ordered change to the boundaries of the district Forbes now represents.
