Former Arrow Trucking CEO Scheduled For Change Of Plea Hearing

Federal prosecutors amended the charges against the former CEO of Arrow Trucking Tuesday, just a day before a change of plea hearing in the case. According to the superseding information filed against him on February 3, 2015, James Douglas "Doug" Pielsticker faces only two charges now.
