(Telecompaper) Anatoliy Smorgonskiy, the former CEO of Russian operator Yota, and Dmitriy Samokhin, the former CEO of the broadcaster NTV-Plus, have agreed to joint their assets and start new holding company Ambite, reports Comnews.ru. The new company will manage the sale of the companies under its control and develop and support their businesses.
