With more than 30 years' experience in HR, Ann has held HR director and group HR director positions across a range of sectors and industries she was HR director at Cable & Wireless, before moving to Colt Telecom as group HR director, and then joining Capgemini in 2001. She is also a Visiting Fellow at Kingston University Business School and actively supports university initiatives to encourage women into STEM .
