Former Cargill executive to lead The Andersons

After an extensive search, The Andersons, Inc. announced on Sept. 9 that its board of directors has appointed Pat Bowe, formerly corporate vice-president of Cargill, Inc., to succeed Mike Anderson as president and chief executive officer , effective Nov. 2. Anderson will remain as the company's chairman of the board.
