Former Dallas Fed President Fisher to Join Barclays as Senior Adviser

Richard Fisher , who stepped down from his post in March, is joining Barclays as a senior adviser starting July 1, the bank announced Monday. Mr. Fisher had served as president and chief executive of the Dallas Fed since April 2005.
