Mohammad Salimullah, the former Nashua man twice ruled incompetent to stand trial for allegedly attempting to kill his wife in 2013 by slashing her throat, was back in court Tuesday, the result of prosecutors' recent decision to re-file the charges and seek to have him deemed competent for trial. Salimullah, 38, formerly of 18 E. Pearl St. in Nashua, remains held at the New Hampshire State Hospital in Concord on a civil commitment order previously granted by the court.
