Former U.S. Steel CEO reappointed to Cleveland Fed deputy chairmanship

Former United States Steel Corp. Chairman John P. Surma has been named deputy chairman of the board of the Federal Reserve of Cleveland. Surma has been on the board since 2013, the same year he retired as chairman and chief executive officer of Pittsburgh-based U.S. Steel .
