Fort Worth AutoGroup Services acquired by New York insurance firm

New York insurance broker, consultant and wealth management company NFP Corp. has acquired Fort Worth's AutoGroup Services for an undisclosed amount. The purchase of AGS, which works with car dealerships to maximize profitability in their finance and insurance departments, allows NFP to expand its auto finance operations nationally, said Terry Scali , CEO of NFP Property & Casualty.
