France's Total sells Utica assets to Korean companies for $450 million

France's energy giant Total plans to sell its 25 percent interest in Cardinal Gas Services, a midstream company in Ohio's Utica shale play, to a group of Korean companies for $450 million. Total is selling its stake to Korean energy companies E1 Corp. and a consortium led by Samchully, for about $400 million, plus an estimated price adjustment of $50 million.
