LOIS STEPHENS Lois Stephens Staff Reporter The Salvation Army didn't think Friday, Dec. 13, was an unlucky day since Major Terry Ray, Commanding Officer of the Salvation Army of the Coastal Bend, was at Forbes Energy Services in Alice to pick up Christmas gifts - including quite a few bicycles, toys and other items - for 250 needy children.
