Frontier closes $2 billion Connecticut purchase

AT&T Inc. said Friday that it has completed its $2 billion sale of its Connecticut wireline business, fiber network, video and satellite business to Frontier Communications Corp. AT&T customers in Connecticut will now become Frontier customers. And about 2,500 AT&T employees who work to support the Connecticut business will be Frontier employees.
