Housed in 10 x 12 mm SMD package, Real Time Plus™ Modules integrate Real Time Clock with 2-wire I2C control, RoHS solid state battery, trickle charge-recharging circuit, power management circuit, and 32 kHz watch crystal. Devices also incorporate 8 Bytes of RAM and 2 Bytes of EEPROM. Providing 4-, 20-, and 90-day battery backup, respectively, Models CRTPN05, CRTPA12, and CRTPA5 are suited for consumer electronics, industrial, commercial, aerospace, agricultural, medical, and military markets.
