Jack Isselmann , a spokesman for the rail freight care repair company based in Lake Oswego, Ore., said GBW consolidated back-office operations at the Overland Park office park near the intersection of College Boulevard and Antioch Road. The office, which opened in early June, currently employs 22 who transferred from the company's existing operations.
