You've probably heard that the U.S. Justice Department has filed a lawsuit to block AB Electrolux's acquisition of Louisville-based GE Appliances . Electrolux, which is based in Stockholm and has its North American headquarters in Charlotte, N.C., is seeking to buy GE Appliances for $3.3 billion.
