Area nonprofits received a generous boost in funding during Saturday's Pay It Forward Festival, where Spring Hill Manufacturing presented the city with a check for $75,000 on behalf of the General Motors Foundation. City leaders presented the check during Saturday's festival, including - Maury County Mayor Charlie Norman, Vice Mayor Bruce Hull, State Rep. Jeremy Durham, State Rep. Sheila Butt, Pay It Forward Director Hazel Nieves, GM Spring Hill Personnel Manager Don Rich and GM Plant Communications Manager Kristy Bergstrom.
