Designed for night vision and surveillance and housed in 3-lead, TO-39 hermetically sealed packages that measure 0.026 x 0.026 in., RoHS-compliant OD-110W offers uniform optical beam with 850 nm typ peak emission wavelength and 140 mW optical output. All surfaces feature gold plating, and 4 wire bonds positioned on die corners minimize potential artifacts in imaging applications. Half intensity beam angle is 110°, forward voltage is 1.7 V, and rise and fall times are 20 nsec each.
