Supporting 2–20 GHz bandwidth, CMD233 distributed low noise amplifier operates from +3 to +6 V supply and suits military, space, and communications systems. Amplifier is 50 Ω matched design, which eliminates need for external DC blocks and RF port matching, and offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection. At 10 GHz, amplifier delivers >9 dB of gain with corresponding noise figure of 4.5 dB and output 1 dB compression point of +20.5 dBm.
