The TGA2599-SM is a C-band distributed GaN power amplifier that operates from 5.0-8.0 GHz, provides 33 dB of saturated output power, and has 15 dB of large signal gain. The device is available in a low-cost plastic surface mold QFN package, and is ideally suited C-band radar, and communications.
