(Telecompaper) French digital and social game publisher Gameloft has opened trade office in Nigeria, the company's second in Africa after Johannesburg, where it has been present since 2012. Gameloft has increased its revenue in Africa by 536 percent over the last four years, partly thanks to its partnership with local phone operators and manufacturers. Gameloft is present in most African countries through partnerships with operators including MTN, Orange, Vodafone, Safaricom and Oordeoo. New distribution partnerships are expected to follow soon to extend the company's reach into new countries such as Tanzania and Ethiopia.
