Gartner sees 'structural shift' in PC market

The continuing decline in PC sales worldwide potends a "structural shift" in the market for personal computing devices, says Gartner. Gartner Monday reported that fourth quarter shipments of personal computers were nearly 5 percent less than in the same period last year.
