Gleason field retrofit package gives GMM and GMS® Series Analytical Gear Inspection Systems advanced surface finish measurement capability as part of their normal gear inspection processes. Functionality enables GMM or GMS system to inspect multiple traces on any number of gear teeth using motorized rotary probe system adapted to existing SP80H 3D scanning head. Programming for any surface finish measurement operation is incorporated directly into existing gear inspection part program.
