Genting Hong Kong to acquire Crystal Cruises for $550m

Japanese shipping company Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK Line) has agreed to sell its subsidiary luxury cruise line Crystal Cruises to Genting Hong Kong (GHK), for $550m in cash.
