George Ramirez to leave Devens in December

Back in 1977, Ramirez, who was born in Colombia and came to Lowell in 1973, visited the then-Fort Devens as part of an Army-run program for inner city youth, a time he remembers well. Now, after serving as MassDevelopment's Executive Vice President of Devens Operations for four years, he's ready to move on.
