(Telecompaper) Germany's Federal Cartel Office has approved the sale of Nokia's digital mapping and location services business Here to a consortium of German car makers. Nokia announced the sale to BMW, Daimler and Audi in August. The Cartel Office concluded that the deal would not impact on the ability of Here's rival TomTom to sell digital maps and location services to car makers.
