Germany Agrees on Regulation to Allow Fracking for Shale Gas

Bloomberg: German Chancellor Angela Merkels government agreed on draft regulation to allow the tapping of shale gas via hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, a practice the opposition says may harm the environment.
